ABOUT

#SurferingAfricans
The notion of an active African existence versus one that languishes seemingly confuses the internet.
Simply enter “surfering Africans”into any search engine and odd, presumptive results pop up.
Auto-correct: “Did you mean: suffering Africans”, Google queries. ‘Suffering’ emboldened and italicized; emphatic.
Lifestyle-brand Bantu Wax one day responded "no" to Google and proceeded to point out how essential surfering is for the African youth culture . Sliding on waves, certainly, but especially on the web.

Africa is a continent of surfers at the forefront of the Internet Revolution. Bantu continued to express this notion and in spirit of the movement started Surfering Africans; a publication of interviews and stories of its namesake. Here is shared the pages of the works for those of us surfering this very minute.
